Privacy Policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
THE HOMERUN APP LLC operates HOMERUN. This policy explains how we collect and use information on thehomerunapp.com and in the HOMERUN app, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID.
- Organization details. Your business name, setup choices, team members and invitations.
- Customer records a business adds. Names, contact details, booking and visit details, consent and opt-out status, and message history that a business imports or enters about its own customers.
- Technical information. A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, your light or dark theme choice stored in your browser, and error records that help us fix problems. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and secure HOMERUN: to sign you in, run your workspace, prepare and send the messages your business approves, record bookings and payments, answer your inquiries and improve the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Sign in with Google
When you choose “Continue with Google” or link your Google identity in Profile, we use your name, email address and Google account ID to identify you and manage sign-in. Signing in does not give HOMERUN access to your calendar.
HOMERUN’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models.
Customer records belong to the business
A business that uses HOMERUN decides which customer records it adds and which messages it sends; we process those records on its behalf. If you received a message from a business through HOMERUN, contact that business with questions about your information. You can opt out at any time; once an opt-out is recorded, HOMERUN stops that business’s messages to you.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run HOMERUN:
- Hosting. HOMERUN runs on Google Cloud in the United States.
- Providers a business connects. When a business connects texting, email, video or payment providers, the details needed to deliver its messages or record its payments go to those providers on its behalf.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.
- Business changes. If HOMERUN is merged or sold, this information may transfer under the same protections.
How long we keep it
We keep account and organization information while your account is active. You can delete your account in Settings, and an organization’s owner can delete the organization and every record in it. Database backups expire on a rolling basis.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections, passwords are hashed, and access to customer records is limited to the organization that owns them and the people who operate the service.
Your choices
You can view and correct your account details in Settings, or delete your account at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question, email parkcitysam@gmail.com.
Children
HOMERUN is a tool for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will let account holders know.
