THE HOMERUN APP LLC operates HOMERUN. These terms govern your use of thehomerunapp.com and the HOMERUN app. By creating an account or using HOMERUN, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and use your own login. You are responsible for activity in your account and your organization. Tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
Your data
You own the customer records and content you add to HOMERUN. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to add them.
Messaging responsibly
You decide who HOMERUN contacts for your business and what it sends. You are responsible for having your customers’ permission to contact them and for following the laws that apply to texts, calls, emails and recordings, including honoring opt-outs. Do not use HOMERUN for spam, harassment, deception or anything unlawful.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access other organizations’ data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or resell it without our written permission.
Fees
If you choose a paid HOMERUN plan, you will see the price and billing interval before you subscribe. Your charges follow the plan and any additional seats you approve.
Availability and changes
HOMERUN is in early access. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
Ending your use
You can stop using HOMERUN and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.
Disclaimers and liability
HOMERUN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for HOMERUN in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We will post updated terms here and change the date above. If a change is significant, we will let account holders know before it takes effect. Continuing to use HOMERUN after that means you accept the updated terms.
